This detailed description of the lives of Jesus and Mary - based on over 700 mystical visions and dictations granted to Maria Valtorta in the 1940s - was given a verbal Imprimatur by Pope Pius XII in 1948. Volume 1 describes the hidden life of the Holy Family - the birth of Mary, Her childhood and betrothal to Joseph, the birth and early childhood of Jesus, the death of Joseph, and the first year of Jesus’ public life. Volumes 2, 3 and 4 recount the second and third years of Jesus’ public life, including His teachings, conversions and miracles while journeying through Palestine with His apostles and His disciples. Volume 5 describes the raising of Lazarus, Jesus’ Passion and Death, His Resurrection and subsequent appearances, Mary’s suffering, Her Motherhood of the early Church and Her Assumption into Heaven, and finally gives seven important reasons for the gift of this great work. |

Contains dictations and meditations from Jesus, Mary, God the Father and the Holy Spirit, and writings by Maria herself. Almost all the 279 titles are additional to the material in The Poem. The Notebooks, The Poem, plus The Book of Azariah, are regarded as the most significant of Maria Valtorta’s writings. The 1943 Notebooks served as part of Maria’s preparation and formation, just prior to her receiving the first visions and dictations of The Poem. |

These Notebooks continue the theme of Maria Valtorta’s formation, and lead into her “purification”, highlighted by Maria’s experience of spiritual abandonment and “dark night of the soul”, as Jesus seems to absent himself. Additional to those which comprise The Poem, there are more than 200 visions and dictations from Jesus - and from many saints including John, Paul, Agnes, Catherine of Siena, Therese, Cecilia - and including the death of Mary Magdalene. |

This latest Notebooks contains a wide variety of complementary materials to the two previous Notebooks: the violent but faith-filled experiences of martyrs, both known and unknown; the treachery of Satan in trying to torment the writer with doubts and anguish over the genuineness of her labour and Christ's timely intervention to protect her; messages and instructions granted to those needing special guidance in their trials; clarification of specific problems facing contemporary thought, such as the question of evolution; a description of the Lord's gestures of intimacy and closeness to those who are deeply and selflessly united to Him; and a long concluding commentary on the content of the Book of Revelation. These are some of the many highlights of this always surprising and enriching spiritual document. |

Regarded by Father Gabriele Roschini, the famous mariologist and author of over 125 books, as his most important work. He describes Maria Valtorta as one of the greatest female Marian mystics of all time, and found the Mariology of her writings more complete, simple and sublime than all he had previously studied about “God’s Masterpiece”. |

Written under obedience to her Spiritual Director, these writings are a testimony of Maria’s suffering, her growth to holiness, and her spirituality - before the times of most of her private revelations. In the tradition of Christian confessional writings, this work maps the author’s gradual and full identification with Christ’s suffering and redeeming role. |

These revelations of Jesus lift many veils off the Book of Apocalypse, and highlight Jesus’ compassionate appeals full of mercy and justice. They foretell the ultimate defeat of the Antichrist - to be followed by Christ’s spiritual reign over the earth - they explain the sequence of these prophesied events, and are exalting, graphically described, and comforting. |

Msgr. Cerri’s heart-moving and thought-provoking book compares the deductions of experts on the Holy Shroud with Maria Valtorta’s visions, and exposes the 1988 carbon-14 tests (claiming that the Shroud was a hoax) as falsified. It describes all the truly scientific tests ever performed on the Holy Shroud, and it shows that the evidence of the Shroud and Maria Valtorta’s visions are in strong agreement in depicting Jesus’ Passion, Death and Burial. |

This is a book to be prayed - not just read, but prayed upon slowly, a little at a time. It is a selection of prayers from Maria Valtorta’s entreaties and writings other than in The Poem of the Man-God, and includes four long and impressive meditations: an hour with Jesus, an hour at Gethsemane, an hour with the Mother of Sorrows, and an hour of preparation for death. |

MARIA VALTORTA - VICTIM SOUL - HER SAINTLY LIFE, MISSION AND WRITTINGS This is a story of how a bed-ridden paraplegic Italian woman recorded – from 1944 to 1951 - an extraordinary number of visions and dictations of the lives of Jesus and Mary. Her masterpiece, The Poem of the Man-God, was commended by Pope Pius XII, has been eulogized by scientific experts and Church leaders, and has been a spiritual treasure for millions of readers all over the world Jesus said: "What you say is not your word; it is My word, which I place on your lips so that you will repeat it to the deaf of the earth. What you do is My power, which I give you for the good of those dying in spiritual starvation..."You will not be great because of the contemplations and the dictations. These are Mine. But because of your love. And the highest love lies in sharing sorrow." |
